Letterland Day 2019
Glenwood Prep’s Grade 1 pupils got to dress up as their favourite Letterland Character, from Annie Apple to Zig Zag Zebra. Our lovely Grade 1 teachers also joined in the fun! Letterland was created to teach phonics using a story-based approach. The story logic engages students leading to long term retention of concepts. Here are a few pictures from the day.
